Beef Noodles.
These delicious beef noodles are made of various ingredients
such as beef meat, onion, carrots tomatoes, salt and pepper
giving each bowl a mouth-watering flavour.
This dish can be found easily around Singapore and is a popular dish.
Now, after extensive research and gathering of sharing from my friends,
it is found that of all Beef Noodles around
these stalls have emerged as the people's favourite!
Tasty is simply an understatement.
The mixure of ingredients adds flavours to the food and in addition, the soup based served is also very very nice!
So what are you waiting for?

Hainanese Chicken Rice
Succulent poached white chicken served on fragrant rice that is cooked in chicken broth together with ginger and garlic and accompanied by zesty chilli-lime sauce, ginger puree or thick soy sauce. This dish here is probably a far cry from the original recipes brought to Singapore more than 60 years ago, but like most people believe, progress brings improvement! With so many unique variation, try them all and find the one which appeals to your taste buds.
With Chicken rice sold at almost everywhere, these few stalls are just few of my places to enjoy it. These are the places where i personally feel that the chicken rice tastes like 'heaven'!!! The fragrance of the dish alone is so aromatic that it will automatically succeed in attracting you to their stall. (or just look out for usually the longest queue) When the dish is served , it is always so nicely decorated and well garnished because here in Singapore, we take pride in our food and what we serve others. Just imagine tender meat that are soft and juicy upon contact with your mouth before you even get to enjoy the chewy sensation of it all.
I am sure you don't want to miss this particular food item right??

Duck Rice
The duck meat used for this dish is usually deliciously tender and juicy.
It is served with duck meat, fishcake, beansprouts, cucumber slices and a hard-boiled egg.
The blanched beansprouts are a delightful contrast in texture to the succulent meat.
Dip the duck slices in the chilli sauce vinegar which gives a delicious taste.
The rice, an appetising brown, is lightly drizzled with the gravy,
which goes so well with the rest of the ingredients.

and are cooked until they are soft, bouncy and succulent.
They are usually topped with mushrooms, minced pork or simply fishball and slices of fishcakes
These Fishball noodles has been one of my favourites since i was young.
Thinking about fishball noodles reminds me of my childhood memories.
Those are the times when fishball noodles tasted go great to me!

the tastes that i have not tasted since primary school until now!
The noodles is so tasty which could only be described as 'yummy' and the fishball is so soft and delicious.
